If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns further down. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Delivery & Return Policy:
- “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Sisse Dinesen Jewelry
- “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- “Service” refers to the Website.
- “Website” refers to Sisse Dinesen Jewelry, accessible from https://www.sissedinesen.com/
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping on order above 1000 DKK all in Denmark (to pakkeshop).
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Hungary, and Norway, United States
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sisse Dinesen Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sisse@sissedinesen.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return & Refund Policy
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Every goods can be exchanged within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation or exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Please include to following information:
- Order date, order number and the date you received the goods
- Your name and address
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The goods are in the original packaging
- The goods are unused
- The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (including Fingerprint pendants)
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Gift Cards
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
